The pizza joint I work at has a small open arcade area. About 6 games, nothing fancy. It also has a video poker room, which is completely enclosed. You can't see the play area from the lotto room. A woman came in, and left her baby with her 6-7 yr old son in the arcade area while she went to play in lotto.

One of my co-workers was trying to get me to say something to her. But if it's not illegal, etc. I could get in a lot of trouble. On the other hand, it bothers me. We try to keep an eye on both kids, just in case, but we can't all the time, of course.

Anyone know about or have dealt with this before?

Well, you're not responsible for babysitting the child, so it's child abandonment. Just go in and tell the lady that you're not responsible for your child and the police will be phoned if she does not monitor him herself. Works wonders.
