so yesterday i went into work to find out it was our asst managers last day. we knew it would happen probably in the near future, but damn lol, i walk in and he left shortly thereafter. hes getting transferred to another store in our district, so hes not very far away.
now , that means we are getting a new asst manager. ive been told shes been with the company for 9 years, so she should know what shes doing
and has been an asst manager for a little while now. only problem, we're told she has trouble making decisions. so hopefully it isn't as bad as they made it sound. i guess if she doesn't work out in our store she'll be demoted.
im just curious to see how she will work with our lazy dumbass bossman. maybe she'll stick it to him, or she just be like the rest of us and forget about it. im going with the ladder or is it latter....idk
