    If you are here for an event on the event list, please tell me which event you are here for. Please do not say "I need to park."

    A customer drove up to the booth while on his cell phone & said "I need to park." There were some non-reserved spots available, & so I raised the gate for him.

    Then a couple of minutes later he walks up to the booth to tell me which event he was here for & that I am supposed to give him a token. The event he was here for was on the event list, & so I gave him a token to exit the garage.

    If he would have told me which event he was here for instead of just saying "I need to park", he would have received his token. Then he would not have had to walk out of the garage to the booth & tell me which event he was here for.

    Some customers make things hard for themselves.
