I really DID have a Black Friday!! (Pictures!!)

The best day in the world for your store's power to go out HAS to be Black Friday. Our power went out at about 11:15 and came back on about an hour later. Then we STILL had to wait 10-15 minutes to open because our managers had to reset the servers, which they didn't do properly.

Because had they done it properly, I would've been able to process credit card applications and look up customer accounts, AS WELL as order merchandise for the customers.

I took a couple of pictures.

Actually, most people were very understanding. We only had a couple that didn't realize that after the power outage, our systems weren't completely up and running.
