I just love trying to figure out / plan the entire networking / data and analog voice line layouts with a bunch of decision makers who know NOTHING about computers.

Conference rooms? I know they'll have voice over IP phones (whatever those are) - but does it need data jacks?
This person needs an analog phone line? OK, how about if we take Data2 and you can re-wire it for an analog line? (Sure, I'll just un-punch it from the boards in the rack and re-wire (including extend) it to the phone-punch board (well, 110 block). Nah, don't use those V1 and V2 in his cubicle - we don't know what those are.
