    Paperwork!

    The cinema gives long service awards to staff for 5/10/15... years of service. I have worked there for 5 years now, so I am eligible for an award (a splendid certificate).

    In order to receive the award, I have to fill out a form, confirming I am eligible for the award and that have been working for them for 5 years.

    So, when I have been working there for 5 years someone generates a form, which I have to fill in to say I have been working there for 5 years.
