A customer phoned me today to ask if she was entitled to an authorisation payment due to loss of service, when I checked, she was covered by an insurance policy, which would pay her, and not us, but I did discover that previously, before she had taken out the insurance, there must have been a minor miscalculation on her account, and that, had she wanted to accept, I could have credited her with the remainder of the outstanding balance from that time.
It was 53 pence!!!!! We had a good laugh about it and she asked me if I could send it to her by money order so she could frame it!
