So, yesterday a lady calls up and pays her bill, no problems. Today she calls back because she was checking her bank statement, and between me and her bank, she got charged an additional $25.05. All my records say that we charged her one price, she just faxed me her bank statement which says she was charged more. 
And I can't call the corporate offices until Monday. Gaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At least she was nice about it, though.
