I actually had 'fun' at work tonight

I got to do something other than folding clothes, putting away returns, picking up after slobs and color-coordinate racks. Since Christmas our store has been very slow except on Saturdays. I've never seen it this bad before and our hours have nearly been cut in half because of it. Not good.

But since it's so slow us lowly peons have been able to do different things. I actually got to work stock and set part of the new floor plan. Woo Hoo! When I worked at this store years ago we used to do everything. Now, there are designated teams for pricing, stocking, setting plan-o-grams, setting ads, etc.

It was nice for a change and made the time go by a lot faster.
