Today I got told off for the following.
Not going to the morning meeting (I was scheduled an hour after it started)
Not opening the store properly (again I was schedule for an hour after the store opened, the person who was on cash for that time did NONE of the opening choes but she wasn't chastised... just me)
Paging over the PA for backup
Answering back when I told the manager X who told me off for paging over the PA that manager Y told me to page over the PA...
Asking on behalf of a customer for a replacement coupon because the customer has to ask before I offer it.
Answer back when I mentioned to the manager that the customer had infact ASKED for the freaking replacement coupon
Not calling for back up enough and/or not fast enough
Calling for back up too much and/or too quickly
Taking too long with customers
Rushing customers to quickly
Calling for a key turn too often (that one I literally have ZERO control over)
Not coming back from my break when I was FINISHED my shift. I wasn't on break, I had finished for the day....it's not my fault the night coverage hadn't turn up yet and that I didn't question the person who said "Im here for your coverage" was not infact there to cover.
Not getting a bag check...when I DIDNT HAVE A BAG! A manager chased me out to my car yelling and I held out my freaking empty arms with a "I didn't have a freaking bag" then I got told to adjust my attitude (when I was off the clock and at my car in the parking lot) because I didn't apologise for not getting a bag check I didn't need in the first place.
3 shifts max left. 3 more... I can do that, 3 more.
