Yesterday, our registers were having problems. We weren't able to look up at customer's savings card information and the system wouldn't let us fix the phone # if it needed to be changed. I couldn't work on the savings card updates because of that.
Also, the register system prompted for an override when a duplicate or on demand receipt was needed. Our register system isn't supposed to act like that. Hopefully, someone will get the register system back to normal.
