Does any of your stores do incentives for Safety? When We get 20 accident free days we get doughnuts. We were doing so well in safety until we get a stupid accident involving our people greeter tripping on the Mats... Grrr....!!

yeah, we get to live another day injury free.
Though whether this is a benefit or not is debatable.

If we make it 30 days without an injury, we get a small bonus on our paychecks.
If we make it 60 days without an injury, we get an ice cream social.
If we make it 90 days without an injury, we get a cookout for all the employees.
It will be a miracle if we attain either of these. We have a lot of unfortunate klutzes working at our store, and our LP person documents every injury, no matter how minor it is. So far our best is only about two weeks without an injury.

I injure myself every day at work. Hot water burns on my fingers, broken nails which is a no no as company policies state that nails must be manicured at all times
and bruises from bumping into seats during turbulance. My legs always have several bruises and I am always applying arnica cream.
No longer a flight atttendant!
