Spoke to my manage yesterday, as I've been doing lots of overtime, and asked as a full-time co-worker is leaving if I could have her hours *officially* (I'm doing full-time right now, but I'm not contracted to do it). He said if I keep doing as well as I am now, he has NO problem with putting my contract up to full time.
I've been there two years, and started at 10 hours a week, moved up to 15, then up to 20 (usually doing 25) and might be getting full-time soon! My long-term plot is working out.
