I was called in to meet with the owner of the company I work for this week. I was nervous, because at the Call Center from Hell if you were called into a meeting with management it was usually something negative. The first thing she said was to stop looking so nervous because this was a good meeting. Then she told me that I was going to become salaried and that the pay would be based on a figure $2 an hour more than I had been making. She also said that the hourly rate would be retroactive to April 1! She also told me what a good job she thinks I am doing and that I am getting alot better about standing up to the sucky customers and deadbeats. Before, she told me I was too nice to them
