I Demand To Speak To Your Manager

Had difficult phone call with a bit sucky customer today who insisted on having conversation with someone else at the same time.I was really trying not to show I was annoyed.Whole coversation consisted of me saying "Hello are you talking to me........hello I want to ask you something....."

At the end he asked to speak to my manager............to tell her how professional and helpful I was.
