I'm not sure about a discount but we might get one. As for freebies ... during my first day there (she hands us three big binders and says, "Go sit in the food court, get to know each other, and read through these") we were allowed to get as many free drinks as we wanted ... hot or cold.

Biggest drawback to allowing that while we're actually working? There's no loo in the shop itself. You have to walk about 20 feet down the mall hallway to get to a washroom.
