They sent no fewer than sixteen prescriptions for one of our patients. We wound up filling four of them.
Half were too soon. Put those on hold for 7/01.
Some weren't covered; put those on hold, with no date.
One was a duplication of therapy; I'm not filling Mobic if someone is already on Naprosyn. Will call MD tomorrow on that. Meantime, put on hold, no date.
Then there's this one. Prescription for Carafate tabs, with a note in the free text, as follows, verbatim:
PATIENT IS OFF TIS EMDICATION TDO NOT FILL
I'm guessing that means "Patient is off this medication; do not fill."
So why the did you send me it then???
