Have an allergy question

I had a major allergic reaction yesterday to an unknown substance. It is thought it may be something that came into contact with my skin. I have gone to Baby Wash, Baby Shampoo and Baby detergent for right now. The question I have is should I reintruduce my normal products while still on the steriods, or should I wait until I finish them? I plan to reintrucue them one at a time to see if I have a reaction.
