I've also found I'm sensitive to caffeine in very specific ways, and my sensitivity has increased in recent years. I can't even drink one cup of regular black tea, but I can drink one cup of oolong, green or white. I used to be able to drink two cups of green or white, but a couple years ago that started getting to me also. As far as chocolate - I've never had a problem with it, thankfully! I only drink soda when nothing else is available, and that doesn't happen very often, so it's been ages since I drank a Coke, but I don't remember that bothering me.
