Was hanging around the customer service desk today when an irate dude came up with a bag of Christmas candy fuming about how it was marked down to 75% off, and yet was still ringing up full price, and then stormed off before getting the item marked down for him (hell our policy is, if the item doesn't ring in as advertised on the shelf tag, you get it for free!) while tossing the "That's illegal!" taunt over his shoulder as he left.
Christ, dude, we may have mismarked the item or forgotten to input the discounted price into the computer, but at least give us the opportunity to make up for our mistake!
