        The other thing to think about if you go the prescription route: even if it's not covered, depending on how much you spend on smokes, you may not end up spending more on the medicine than you do now for cigarettes.
        From my chain, it costs ~$120 for a month's supply of Chantix. Wellbutrin SR 150mg is about $70 or so per month.

          As was mentioned above, so many insurance companies are worried about long term costs of smokers, they are covering the Chantix even. My prescription co-pay is suppossed to be 20%, but my Chantix only cost me $13.00. I haven't started it yet, Thursday is the day!
          The only words you said that I understood were "His", "Phone" and "Ya'll". The other 2 paragraphs worth was about as intelligible as a drunken Teletubby barkin' come on's at a Hooter's waitress.
