  • How to treat customer.

    I have quite uncommon problem, i have huge amount of empty bottles to return so i asked in two places if i can return those without machines.
    First one and reply was "NO" and walk away, i was offended on that but i just walked away.
    Second one (i called on that one)
    first girl on phone "im sorry i dont know, ill connect you to next"
    second girl. Im sorry but i dont know, ill ask manager, could you give phone number so he can call you".
    So i gave my number and other needed info.
    10 min later manager called me and we talked about my situation. He explained that its impossible to return bottles without machine in between because they wouldnt
    get money of it and of course i understood it and appreciated that they explain that to me.

    So even its easier just to say "NO" it isnt good customer service, i have brain and i understand reason.

    I were really amazed on place2 service so they will get my 200e/month now on.
