Worst thing I ever saw was when my mum bought a multipack of KitKats. I opened the multipack and took out the first one. It looked a funny shape; I unwrapped it, to see that a bite had been taken out of it. Nope, not a mouse or rat bite, but a human bite, with toothmarks clearly visible. My mum sent it back to Nestle with a letter of complaint; they sent back a voucher for £20 and hopefully sacked the factory worker who'd felt peckish while packing. O_o
