Ah, yes, I forgot about that part of being in the "Overweight" category! Lots of fat reserves + good muscle tone = Hellacious long-haul power. We may get to the "somewhat worn out" stage rather quicker than a person in "great" shape, but we can stay there for hours, even days if needed, without dropping into the "exhausted" category.
Me, I've yet to meet a "regular" gym machine that works on the waist down that I can't do a full set on maxed with ease. I need to develop my chest/arm strength badly but my legs and abs are great.
