    Race card won't work there!

    My husband and I are regular customers at this particular gas station, since it's right near where we live.

    At any rate, one of the cashiers (who is white) was telling my husband that this black guy came in late at night to buy alcohol and she said she couldn't sell it to him because it was after 1 or 2 in the morning (after the cut-off time at any rate). He started going off about "you won't sell it to me because you're racist," ad nauseum.

    She told him she didn't see how she could be racist since her husband is black!
