Had this happen to me once (and saw one just last week.) When I was in high school, I drove this beater of a Toyota Celica. I'm waiting at a stoplight, guy rear-ends me (denting my already jacked up bumper.) I get out, he gets out, and he's like "That's not too bad. We don't need to call the cops." Suffice it to say, we called the cops and I got a new bumper

Second one, which is chalked full of awesome. I was walking to my car in one of the local Wal-Marts and saw this guy back out of a spot, scraping the driver side quarter panel of the car next to it. It starts to pull in then back out as if to drive away. The car's owner just happened to be coming back to the car, stood in the way, and asked "You wern't planning on driving off, were you?" (he was a member of the West Columbia PD.) Didn't get to see how that played out, but it looked like it would have been fun to watch.
