for bringing a mini-cart through the 7-items-or-less lane ... bearing at least 10 to 15 items.

the cashier gave me an odd look until i explained, "I don't think she realized how many items i had when she sent me here"

it might not have fixed any mistakes on my part but... i didnt want her thinking i was being a bitch on purpose... i'd just started queuing up in a normal line when one of the staff said, "no go here" to me and had directed me to the super express line.

That happened to me, once, at my old job.

The MOTH© and I were shopping after my shift, long lines, a lot of registers open, and we were sent to the express lane.

I felt bad, but...the cashier was understanding (and one of my peeps ).
