I think the stuffed suits that come up with this god-awful commercials should be forced to work in retail, with the suckiest of sucky customers. They wouldn't last a day.

Agreed! In fact, EVERYBODY should work in retail and deal with sucky customers. See for themselves what it's like to deal with self-important asshats all day long. Maybe then they'll think twice before acting like a jerk...wait, that would imply that SCs were able to think the first time. Still, it's a suitable punishment for the SCs.

Back OT, yeah, that commercial is awful. I hate commercials that imply that customer service workers are either stupid or out to rip you off.
