  • Suspect meet Mr. Ground

AKA: what NOT to do when your suspected of a crime. (Sighting because of the stupidity herein)

Let us set the scene, the time is about 11:00PM it is a nice quiet night, suddenly we hear and see a police chopper and many cars patrolling the neighborhood across the street from us. Spot light is searching all the backyards in the area, when a man comes around the corner.

This person apparently matched the description of the person they are looking for, so the choppers spot light locks on and follows him until a cop car shows up. Enter: the police. One officer is out of his car, telling the guy to stop walking and put his hands up, the suspect, whom is sure of his innocence, tells the police officer 'NO!" and continues his walking.

Baffled by this refusal the office requests the suspect to stop again, which is met yet again by defiance. from stage right enter two additional officers: The two officers, upon hearing the suspect saying no again, take chase, silently from behind him, thus tackling the suspect to the ground, leading to him to a new shiny set of bracelets. After a few minuets of asking where the guy was going (without a good answer) they have medical check him out, and give him a free car ride to his home for the night.

I am so glad, yet sad to be moving from this part of town in 3 days.
Crono: sounds like the machine update became a clusterf*ck..
pedersen: No. A clusterf*ck involves at least one pleasurable thing (the orgasm at the end).

Reminds me of a skit by Chris Rock, How to avoid getting your ass kicked by the police.:

When you see flashing police lights in your mirror, stop immediately. Everybody knows, if the police have to come and get you, they're bringing an ass kicking with them.
A fact of life: After Monday and Tuesday, even the calendar says W T F.....
