I prefer Blimpies m'self, particularly their Ruben. Sure, i can get a better Ruben at a deli, but this is fast, convenient and cheap, and sometimes that's more important. Togos is good too, interesting, but very rare, in fact the closest one just closed.

As to Subway, never had any real problems there, but their product has never impressed me.

Even if I had known that, I still wouldn't get it.

I'm very picky about the (sharp) cheddar I eat.

hook's farm 10-year aged cheddar is the best i've ever had...very sharp, but it retains the creaminess of a younger cheddar.

of course, at around $35/lb, that would make for an expensive sandwich :P
