No, they're fake, want to test the theory?

So I'm helping a armored truck guard who is buying some water, when a customer asks the guard something I never thought would be ask.


SC To Armored Truck Guard: "So, are your guys guns real?"

Armored Truck: *looks at him, smiles* "Would you like to test that theory?"


Customer backed off.

Why would an Armored car cop guy have fake guns? What an idiot, but great comeback.

I can just see it happening at the airport... "Excuse me, sir, your uniform says RCMP but.. Where's your red Jacket? your horse? your shotgun?"

"Out back, sir, on the tarmac. If you'll follow me? Now, just stand here, in front of this 747 turbine..."




I did however witness two rather burly officers, hands on weapons, interrogating a rather scruffy, ill-kempt and suspicious man pushing a baby stroller through Screening... funny part about it? The man was taking his little daughter to visit Gramma and Grampa and Mommy in Toronto!

I guess the guy thought they were just as a deterrent or something....
