    Kill me now

OK, I had a preview of hell today.
At 4:45pm (so during rush hour) UTA was running a two car train on the Sandy line (the Sandy line is the most used line in the entire system, typically at that point of day they are running 4 car trains), so it was crowded beyond belief... to add to the fun, one of the two AC units for the car I was in was busted.
So, overcrowded and overheating, thank you UTA, I now know what to expect in the afterlife, I appreciate your assistance

      why would you do that

OK, this one has me confused. I was on the 41 westbound when at 4200 south redwood I saw a guy request a stop, get off the bus, run wave his arms trying to get the attention of the 217 driver in front of us, and transferred to the 217 southbound.
Now, you might be wondering why this is so strange...
1st - the EOL for the 217 is 2 blocks from there
2nd- 41 covers the same route until the 217 EOL
3rd- the only reason this would make sense is if that 217 bus flowed through into the 218, but that 217 bus does not flow through.
4th- even if that was the case, the 217 EOL is a transfer point... the bus would have waited for all passengers from both the 41 and the 47 before continuing as the 218, no running or frantic waving required.
