Sightings seemed to be the best place to put this, as this is a journal entry of Neil Gaiman's after recieving a letter from a slightly EW-ish reader complaining about George RR Martin not releasing the next book anytime soon. You need to read the whole thing for the impact, but Gaiman airs his thoughts on how US society has developed a serious entitlement attitude. I think most of the board readers here might sympathize.
