did you know you can microwave regular old popcorn in a paper lunch bag? my roommate does it all the time. I never knew you could until I saw her do it.

I prefer real butter - and lots of it! - and salt on freshly popped popcorn. Movie theater popcorn usually isn't even freshly popped. I rarely get it for myself but I'll eat it if whoever I'm with wants to get some and split it.

Yes, that’s right. It’s a pair of gold foil headphones. Gold foil. Finally, headphones just as awful as your taste in music.

The Fountain Theare in Mesilla, NM serves wine. But it's one of those funky small theatre that has actual tables in addition to theatre seating.
We either have...or used to have...a theater like that.

If anyplace does it now, it would likely be the Prytania (just one screen and PROUD of it. They serve gelato, too.)

Heh. That's not the only one. Here it's easier to list what isn't haunted. Just google "New Mexico ghosts" and you'll see what I mean. And Antonio Garcez has written several books about the ghosts in this area.

As much as I love that stuff, that greasy butter always stains the inside of my shirts and bras.

I have a bad habbit of wearing really low cut shirts when I go to the movies....and grabbing an entire fist of popcorn at once.

I like butter on my movie popcorn, but I don't buy popcorn at the movies anymore.

It's kinda awkward hanging your arm around your date and trying to eat popcorn with the other while trying keep the bucket balanced on your lap, and forget about even getting a drink, which I have to have along with my popcorn....

First there's moon waffles and now there's moon popcorn too!

In all seriousness, I love that stuff, although the prices on popcorn are waaaaaay too high.

I pop my own in a pan on the stove dump on a bunch of melted butter and then, and this is the really good part, add the cheese powder from the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (Kraft Dinner to you Canadians out there). They used to sell it separately but now I just throw away the noodles.

It really makes a mess on your hands so it is better to just stick your face in the bowl.

Their pasta isn't exactly "premium", but not THAT crappy. Why not just save the noodles for a real pasta dish?
