Ok, that hotel worker needs to lay off. I've gotten a room with only one bed with another guy before, but only because it's cheaper, and we needed to save every penny we could. And it's no big deal, I've slept in many beds with other guys before. Straight guys do it too, sometimes if we have to. Only difference is our clothes stay on.

that sounds like a fun event to be honest!

I still have to figure out plans for a real vacation. I've only ever gone to conventions and staying with friends. That's fun but I need to leave the nest sometimes.

Thing is, I'm not sure what I like most when it comes to that kind of stuff. I hate the touchy touchy. And I'd probably get hit on a lot at such an event too...

Still, sounds like fun. People having fun and enjoying who they are without (many) cares in the world....

...I've read it like 6 times and I find NOTHING wrong with that at all. Other than OUCH pole. But really, gorgeous is gorgeous... and sometimes you just gotta oogle!

I would have asked the clerk for his manager and raised hell over him being such a freaking prick! He had no right to judge you in any way!!! None of his business and he was NOT professional. I would have made a scene. What an asshole!

he was an asshole, but that said, I have become somewhat numb to people judging me after living in Utah for so long. Hell, I'm used to hearing homophobic rants every couple of months while riding the train or bus... so a guy making a big deal about having two guys in a room with one bed seems like a perfectly normal part of my life now.

Where can my mother find some of these ladies and what are the best ways for her to introduce them to me?

I need to know so I can avoid this.

I can't believe I missed that... and no, nothing wrong with oogling... but it is hard to be in a group of people who have just seen you walk into a pole and not feel stupid.
