Honestly, I don't know who I detest more. The idiot dog owner, or your spineless, no good, TWAT of a fucking so-called MANAGER.
Please, don't ever let anyone tell you you're 'not allowed' to call the cops. What's next? If someone fell and hurt themselves in the lot, I guess he'd say you wouldn't be allowed to call the cops/paramedics? God forbid you'd 'get involved'?

And if there's a way to anonymously report your manager, please strongly consider it.
