the Religion factor though can make the Asshole factor much worse... assholes have a tendency to use their religion as an excuse for being an asshole... just look at the assholes in Utah that justify their homophobic slurs and attacks by saying that the bible "condones" it

...and that is why we have fratching to vent about things like that.

The topic of this thread was a family who treated their son's girlfriend rudely and their waitstaff like crap.
We've already established that their religion is not the whole reason, and they would be assholes whether they belonged to an organized religion or not.
