I admit that I get a bit passive aggressive with some of my roommates about long showers... but that's because the utilities aren't split between us (well, they kind of are... I add it into the rent split, but only as what the utility companies say is average for our unit), so using a lot of hot water does affect me because I will have to pay for the gas to heat it and the salt to run it through the brine tank... so yeah...
In the dorms though... yeah... not so much... she needs to learn to mind her own damned business.

If it where for me I'd shower for about 10 or 11 hours a day.
