Ok so I'm at Dunkin' Donuts (not mine lol) and I was waiting for my stuff so this guy orders a number 10 (turkey cheddar bacon flatbread) so the guy who made it gives it to his CW, who is going to charge it. By accident the CW who was going to charge it says, "Ok so you have a number 6?" The SC says, "I didn't order a number 6. I ordered a number 10. You better not have given me a number 6! It better be a turkey cheddar bacon." (He said something along those lines) The CW says in a tone that he was quite annoyed, "Sir, it was JUST a mistake. I apologize."
Geez man...God forbid the guy says something a little bit wrong and he did, but you don't have to be nasty and rude about it.
I'm going to be a regular by this DD since it's near my college. I feel bad for the people who work there because everytime I go there, it's busy and the customers are sort of rude. The manager is super nice to me though and I am to them.
