I'm thinking Mr Sports Radio has a dislike of your decorating tastes and thinks it's somehow acceptable for him to steal your decorations.

My place was in another building not connected to mom's complex...someone there left a ripped-open bag of trash in front of my door after New Years (there was a piece of junk mail with my name on top, but other than that the crap was not mine).

Luckily the kite wasn't my expensive handpainted cotton one (that and any decorations we care about stay indoors). Mom did report it and management is aware of the decorations going missing.
