Did you go to The Bridge? If you did, it's just another sign of how far that place has fallen. It used to be the coolest, most awesome theater in philadelphia (well, besides the Ritz, but those theaters show independent flicks) when it first opened. It's slowly gone down hill from there.
that's the one. the theater itself, as a building, is great. the seats are in a way that no one is ever infront of you, the screens are nice and the sound is good enough. but yea, it's ALL on the staff. I don't know who the managers are, but whoever they are they hire idiots. they are almost always understaffed (which may or may not be their fault) but on top of that the staff that is there barely moves at human speeds. you'll be online for a drink, but some guy orders a sherbert slush thing.... ok no big deal. but its at the other end of the food kiosk, so the staff member, only one working, walks VERY SLOWLY over to the slush thing... and does it all in 10 minutes, all while everyone is hopping and waiting to see their movie in just a couple of minutes. we gave up on their in theater kiosk and get snacks from the food mart across the street... atleast we used to, because almost all of us are never going there again.

Well look at the bright side, at least the Bridge isn't Cinemagic. Were you around when that existed (was diagonal to the bridge a few years ago before it was torn down and replaced with that ugly apartment building) ?

No, I did hear about it from friends though. they went there a couple times and were not very pleased at all lol. we mostly stuck to the riverview (which sucks when it comes to sound, but atleast their staff is ok), but recently try to go to king of prussia more, even if it's a 30 minute drive out of the city.
