So I went out today to buy some t-shirt transfer paper to do up a design for my boyfriend (I'm giving him 2 t-shirts over Christmas-one that I made for him and another one online). I managed to find a pack of paper-after getting directions from my sister on where she bought hers. On top was a stack covered in plastic. I just grabbed that, clearly not thinking.
So I go and buy it, scan the only visible barcode that worked, pay and walk out. The girl checked my bag, but she didn't realise that I had too many packs (I used a self-scan)
I go to my counselling appointment and while I'm waiting in the cool, I rip open the pack to check it out.
And then I discover-I accidentally grabbed 5 packs of t-shirt paper instead of 1. Embarassing much?
So I headed back to the store I bought it from and explained my situation. The girl turned out to be just as confused as I was until she headed over to the department where I got them from-and realised that the t-shirt transfers come in one cardboard sleeve of 5, not 5 cardboard sleeves of 1.
She thanked me for my honesty and I left with the single pack of t-shirt transfer paper. (and now I'm gonna make a t-shirt with either a CS.com comic (when I get permission) or a quote of some description)
