Why some of us from the Midwest are suspicious of tracking.
The problem some us, that live out here in the midwest, have are the people you elect to government. We see (names removed) and figure you are all a bunch of socialists/commies. Where I live, anything that comes out of Washington DC, Massachusetts, New York, California, Illinois, and a few other places is, as a general rule, treated as suspicious unless it can be shown otherwise. These states are known here to many people here as the Socialist States, again based primarily on the restrictive laws of those states (Massachusetts wanting to ban BB guns for example.) and some of the politicians that are elected from there. (Quite a few jokes too that I dare not post here.)
Not trying to start a debate or anything. Just stating my view on why some of us view some of these things with suspision. We also let you try out the new stuff. If it works, we adopt it too. If it crashes and burns, we can point and laugh.
