I am at Borders doing some holiday shopping, and I go to the info. desk to inquire about a book for my mom. In frontof me is a "lady" who demands that an Oprah Magazine book, she found in the bargain bin, be replaced because it has a small tear in the dust jacket. Both copies in the bin had a small tear. She demands a undamaged one, all the while insulting the poor worker. Also she sends the other info desk worker who was about to wait on me, to find "When bad things happen to good people" the worker scurries off and retrieves a copy which happens to be paperback. This does not sit well with her suckiness as her next comment is, "What?? They didn't have any hardback????" Gah. What a *&^*&^!
