    So a coworker of mine just walked in to my office. She bought a type of Droid phone from BestBuy and is having a ton of problems (it keeps auto rebooting without being told).

    Coworker: The stupid people at BestBuy aren't answering the phone. Do you think I need the box the phone came in to exchange it?
    Me: Do you have the receipt?
    Coworker:...ummm...maybe?
    Me: Check the receipt for the return policy.
    Coworker: I want to exchange it, not return it.
    Me: Well the receipt will probably tell you about returns too.
    Coworker: Great now I have to find that. They make it so hard.
    Me:

    Just saw that she was calling BestBuy again (I can see who is on the lines) so I IM'd her.
    Me: what does the policy say?
    Coworker: i think the receipt is in the bag at home but they are the only ones sellng the phone now
    Coworker: i guess i have to bring in the box so that they have the serial number
    Me: Check online to see if it states the info there.
    Coworker: meh
    Coworker: i'll just stop by the house on my way to run the errand

    So to anyone working at a BestBuy...I'm sorry...I tried!
