Okay, so I have a new love for a place called Simply Sushi in downtown. They have a deal where you can get all you can eat sushi for only $14.95.
Now, they do have 5 conditions for getting that price,
At one hour, you are cut off, you want to keep ordering you have to buy another hour.
You must eat all your rice.
If you have more than one roll left over when you are finished you have to pay the ala carte price for it.
You can only order off of page one of the menu (basic sushi)
and you cannot share with non-all you can eaters (if two people are each ordering all you can eat, by all means please share amongst yourselves).
Oh, you can see where this can go wrong.
I went in today, and I was there for an hour (I paid for it, I'm using it damnit )
As I was coming in there was a man at the register who was upset that he was getting charged for the extra roll he hadn't eaten (they do pack it up for you to take home, so it's not as if they are charging you for stuff you can't eat).
Another couple in the restaurant was upset about being told their hour was up, and a gentleman down the bar from us was upset he couldn't eat premium sushi.
Seriously people, you are getting all you can eat sushi for $14.95. Most sushi places will charge you that for only a couple of rolls, much less all you can eat. Stop complaining about a good thing before they realize just how great of a deal it is and stop offering it.
