As I was standing in line to buy my cake-baking supplies at the grocery store tonight, one of the guys working there answered the phone, said a couple of words into it to a customer, and then put the phone down. He walked over to where I was waiting and said something like, "Y'know, I always tell the customers to have a nice night, and they always hang up on me. I don't get to have a nice night?"
The woman in line in front of me wished both of the guys a nice night, and so did I. I also gave them the URL for this site, so if you're here tonight, guys...welcome in.
