This dumbass gives all cyclists a bad name. As far as I was aware, when you are cycling on a road, you are effectively a car when it comes to road rules.

i got to witness that yesterday on the way to church. I was driving very slowly down the road because I was approaching a red light and there was a bike in front of me.

If the biker had actually stopped for the red I'd have stopped behind him to give him room. but... nope. he biked on through.
