    Most of PA's roads though, including the Turnpike, 45 is the *minimum* allowed speed. At least that's what it says on the backs of those toll tickets Still, you don't see many people going that slow--it's simply too dangerous.

    I do know that people fly on I-79 and 279. Even though it's posted at 55mph, people tend to do 70. I usually try to keep up with traffic, and yes, even at 70mph, I have had people pass me like I was standing still. Sure freaks them out when they either get pulled over, or have to slam on the brakes because of the (never-ending) road construction
