A video camera and YouTube does wonders to keep local law enforcement honest. You'd be surprised how quickly they clean up their act when national newspapers start calling the chief and local politicians about their response to a video they found online.

Just saying. And no, I'm not planning to video tape the campus police officer who uses the top of the parking garage for a quickie during his lunch hour and telling the campus police chief and HIS boss the URL of the show.
